Find Your Fit is a 6-week programme designed to support both your mental and physical wellbeing - without turning your schedule upside down. It’s flexible, accessible, and built to help you feel your best, in a way that actually works for your lifestyle.
The first 2 weeks are all about exploration - trying out different activities, routines, and approaches to see what clicks. Then, based on what you enjoy and what fits your day-to-day life, you’ll move into a 4-week personalised programme designed around your goals, interests, and schedule.
No pressure. No one-size-fits-all. Just a supportive space to discover what healthy living means to you - and how to make it last.

What you receive in the programme:

2 week worksheet with the initial programme guide, handy tips, exercises, information and a space to jot down any thoughts/ideas/progress.

A 30 minute consultation call with myself after those 2 weeks to discuss what has worked and what you enjoyed, including nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness.

A 4 week programme following our consultation, fully tailored to suit your goals, needs, and life schedule.

Access to contact me from Day 1 to ask questions or even to just look for a little extra support.

The option to continue receiving block programmes from myself at a discounted rate as a rolling contract if you wish to keep it (and yourself) moving afterwards.
